The room

The 20 m² room is ideal for a student looking for independence. You have a living and bedroom, share a 15 m² bathroom with only 1 other student, and have access to a cozy shared backyard where you can park your bike. The room comes with flooring, so you can decorate it to your own taste. In addition, a private parking space is included!

Student complex

The room is located in a small-scale student complex with a total of four units: two studios and two rooms. During the viewing, you will also have the opportunity to see the other student room, after which you can apply for one of the available units.

Facilities

The rental price of €735 per month includes all costs: gas, water, electricity, and internet. So you don’t have to worry about extra monthly expenses.

Location

The studio is located in the heart of Doorn, in a prime location! The TMO Fashion Business School and the IVA Business School are nearby, making it an ideal place to live for students of these institutes. Conditions

The room is only available for students with a study of approximately 1 year, in accordance with the campus contract.
