We have a room available in our apartment, located on the 4th floor. Both the room and the rest of the apartment are fully upholstered and furnished. The apartment has three rooms, a kitchen with balcony, living room, toilet, bathroom and a private storage room on the ground floor. You will share the apartment with 2 other roommates, these are often international people who stay in the Netherlands for work or school. The room has a convenient location and is within walking distance of Doetinchem station, so you can easily reach both the Achterhoek and Arnhem.

Rental price € 500 per month all-in (including G/W/E, Cable TV and WIFI, Washing machine). Good service in the event of any defects in the home is self-evident. The house is perfect for (international) students or workers who are looking for temporary housing. Rental is possible from 2 to 6 months, a longer stay after this is negotiable.
