About the place

I rent out this room in my single-family home in Diemen Zuid. I would like to rent this to someone who works outside the home until December 1, 2025.
I would like to keep the living room private, but if I am not there you are free to sit there.
You share the house with me and another tenant.
It is not allowed to bring other people home.
Please only respond if you do not want to stay longer than until November 1, 2025.

I never have the heating on, if you want the heating on, the extra costs are for you and will be deducted from your deposit.
