About the place

I rent out this room in my single-family home in Diemen Zuid. I would like to rent this to a working person until November 30, 2024. I would like to keep the living room private, but if I am not there you are free to sit there.
The rent excludes electricity and gas. I never have the heating on because the gas price is so expensive, but if you do want to turn on the heating, the costs are at your expense. Washing and drying also costs a lot of electricity, so you pay for it yourself.
