11 mins by train
20 mins bike

House had been recently renovated!

Description of spaces:
Room has a closet and a drawer and a sofa bed. It is in parquet.
Rest of the house: Living room is quite big (~20mq) and it has a big sofa with TV and stereo and a table with 4 chair. Floor is in wood. 

There is a lot of light because of a big window.
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwashing machine and it has a small two persons table.
House has a storage for bicycle.

In case extra space is needed (storage) an extra room in the storage is included also for bike storage.

Rules of the house:
-No smoking
-No pets
-No late parties (unless you also invite the neighbours)
-You break -> You pay
-Treat parquet and moquette carpet with attention
-Clean the house

Registration is possible!
Ideal candidate is an expat, clean, worker or student, who plans to stay here. Pets are not allowed and best candidate will be selected after an interview or a group meeting. PLEASE SEND A PRESENTATION LETTER WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
