About the place

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our house in Diemen Noord as of March 1st. We rent the whole house with the 4 of us, and are looking for a new person to join now that someone is leaving. The room is 18 m2 and includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk with chair and a nightstand. The carpet and floor lamp are his, and he will take with him.

Our house is semi-detached with three floors, a backyard, a bathroom with bath/shower and an extra toilet downstairs. The rent is €823 a month all inclusive. Additionally, there is a one-time deposit of €1000. Registration is required.

The house is shared with three friendly international young professionals (one male, two female). We have always been an international house, so any nationality, gender, etc is welcome. But, I (Lukas) will probably also move out in the next year-ish, and I currently am the contact point of the landlord. We are also looking to find someone who likes to eventually take that over these tasks. If you have some experience on this side, especially in this country, please add that to your response. If you are interested, send a short description of yourself. And, if you read this far, please include your favorite dinosaur as well (mine is the brontosaurus).
