I'm helping my friend to find someone to sublet a room in her 3-bedroom apartment while she’s temporarily abroad.
*No need to pay anything till handover the keys.(so Please don't cancel)

Quiet residential area with a shopping mall just 3 minutes away on foot
Convenient access to trains, metro, and trams

Room & Apartment:
Recently renovated and very clean
Fully furnished
Washing machine available
No internet included (please arrange your own if needed)

Rental Period:
From December 9th to December 31st (dates are negotiable)

Conditions:

Deposit: €200 (refundable upon room inspection at the end of the rental period)
Smoking is not allowed indoors
Female tenants only

This rental is ideal for holiday visitors or those who need temporary accommodation while searching for a more permanent place.
