Start payment rental per 9 July and minimum 12 month. Shorter Stay rental is not possible.

You get 1 room ( 14 m2 ) + 36 m2 sharing facilities. Inclusive upholstery, furniture, equipment. All NEW.
You share the bathroom + kitchen with ONE professional with steady employment. 

This apartment have as well a studioroom with extra shower, toilet, 2e kitchen used by one easy-going working person who share the same balcony and washer.
You get a lot extras like 2.500 m2 design garden, elevator, bikestorage, floorheating.

The other 2 co-tenants like to enjoy meeting up occasionally  but also respect others space and privacy. 
You have your own fridge. You finance and share with the 2 co-tenant the washer, tumbledryer,  bills.
The rent + servicecost are split between 3 co-tenants.

You have to pay € 735,00 for the sharing rent inclusive bills but exclusive cost indoor cleaning.
