About the place

NO SHORT term , minimum period a year!!

Hi we are looking for a New person to complete our small 4 person living community AND we like to invite nice candidates for our welcoming BBQ next Saturday from 4 PM. Were we share live and our house.
Remarks and requirements:
-private room 14m2 plus balcony with parkview;
- the room is furnished with desk, cupboard and Two person bad;
-clean and well organized house;
-New kitchen, bathroom;
-cozy livingroom with library Which is the social heart of our house;
- Internet and telephone for free;
-registration is applicable (we don t want illegal situations);
Do 's:
- nice and enyoable to be with person;
- somebody Which really want to built up a good relationship with other roommates;
- we organize once a month a social event (festival, museum or concert) 
- look at our website for more pictures and information
- we prefer a single person.
Don t s:
- non smoker;
- we are not looking for a selfish person Which Just needs a room;
- non pets and no couples.

First meet up is at our Traditional Summer BBQ  Saturday 21.07.2018 at 4 pm.
