About the place

A city centre room at the Zwetstraat the Hague available for 1 person. The size is 17m2 for 990 Euros incl. water, gas and electricity. Available from 1st April. Registration is possible. Two months deposit.
You will be living together with 3 other housemates (female and male who are studying). The toilet, bathroom and kitchen are shared. Wash machine and fridge available to use. No living room. No pets and smoking not allowed.
Perfect location; really close the middle of the city centre, train station HS and CS, universities and other schools.
