About the place

Hi everyone,

This ad is for a temporary room (sublet) in our house on the Weteringkade. A room in this beautiful house is available from February 1st until April 12th. We’re looking for someone who is currently in the master’s or PhD phase of their studies. Since there’s a good chance that I’ll be moving sometime this year, there may also be an opportunity to stay on permanently.

At the moment, we live with five guys aged between 23 and 29. The house is very centrally located: a 5-minute walk from Holland Spoor station and 15 minutes from The Hague Central Station. There’s a large garden, a well-equipped kitchen, and a basement with a pool table and storage space.

During the day it’s usually quiet since everyone is working, but there’s a friendly and social atmosphere in the house. We’re therefore looking for someone who would fit in well.
