About the place

Temporary Room available:

Room in The Hague from May 1st my room will be available for a certain period (May to August). The room is fully furnished and upholstered. Rent is €600 incl. You only need to bring your personal belongings. You share the bathroom and toilets with your housemates. You cook in the communal kitchen, you use a personal refrigerator and there is an induction hob. Important facilities, such as shops for daily groceries, are within 5 minutes walking distance. The house is next to the Hague University of Applied Sciences and is well connected to public transport because it is next to Hollands Spoor Station (Tram & Train). You share the common areas with 5 housemates (mix of boys and women). You come to a quiet student house who like a clean house. Furniture: Double bed, Sofa, Desk, Wardrobe, Storage cupboard.
Other facilities include: Washing machine, Dryer & bicycle shed. A deposit of one month is required. Based on the descriptions received, a selection of people will be made to view the room, in order to avoid unnecessary visits for both parties.
