About the place

Hello! I am looking for a (preferably female) roommate for one of the bedrooms of a two-bedroom apartment located in the safe and quiet neighborhood of Leyenburg.

The trams (direct to Spui and Central Station), the bus (to Grote Markt or HS), and supermarkets (Albert Hein, Jumbo, Lidl) are all within a 5-minute walk. The same goes for Zuiderpark—one of the largest parks in The Hague, which is great for walks or recreation and even has a petting zoo that I personally enjoy visiting often (the furry pigs are incredibly cute).

The apartment is located on the first floor, is very bright, and the living/dining room is super spacious and comfortable; perfect for studying or relaxing. The room you will occupy is furnished (a large bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk). Our neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful.

I'm looking for a student or young person who is open-minded, respectful, and enjoys living together, while also caring for the apartment as if it were their own.
