Looking for a comfortable home in a peaceful, upscale neighborhood? This apartment is located in Benoordenhout, The Hague – just 5 minutes from Den Haag Centraal and 15 minutes from the beach. It’s a quiet, family-friendly area with everything you need around the corner: three parks, a supermarket, local shops (we’re right on a shopping street), a great pizzeria, and a cozy coffee place next door.

You’d be sharing the apartment with me as your only housemate. I’m ideally looking for someone who’s working full-time – no wild parties (the occasional accidental one aside).

You’ll also have access to:
	•	A spacious, light-filled shared living room, fully furnished
	•	A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
	•	A washing machine
	•	Two balconies
	•	Total apartment size: ~100 m²

Rent: €1300 per month (incl. all utilities and furniture in shared areas)
