About the place

Subletting my room from beggining of November untill March. The appartment in next to Zuidpar, 10/15 min from the center with a bus. There are 7 flatmates, however, it is a quiet house, filled with friendly people, all international, from Germany, Lithuania, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. I am searching for a nice and clean person. The room is small but cozy on the ground floor. Rent includes utilities and a lady cleaning the common areas once a week.😊
