The deposit is set at 1250€ and will only be returned to you after correct termination of the rental agreement and final inspection.
Price is all in per month including TV, Internet connection, central cleaning and use of washing machine and dryer
Registration is of course possible at the municipality

All rooms are in nice, well-kept homes in a nice neighborhood and near the bus stop and / or train station.
The rooms are fully furnished and meet all municipal requirements, including the presence of approved smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Only for neat, single workers or students with a guarantee from parents.
No housing benefit possible
No children or pets allowed as a short visit in between.
Misconduct, alcohol, drugs and smoking are strictly prohibited in our homes.

Income requirement is at least 1500 euros; per month and free BKR and ID screening performed by us is required. Your income documents and identification must first be verified.
