I’m moving out of my room soon because I’ve found a place closer to my work, and my landlord has asked me to help find someone to take over. Here are the details:  

- **Fully furnished private room** with shared kitchen and bathroom (shared with one other polite tenant).  
- Suitable for **male or female**
- ⁠Only  working neat professionals/ ZZP. 
- **Non-smokers only**, no pets,
- **No drugs or alcohol** allowed.  
- ** couples not allowed.**  
- **Registration included.**  
- **Washing and Drying Machine also are on your floor.
- Minimum **monthly income of €3000** required.  
- **Rent**: €750 per month  all-in 
- **Deposit**: €1250  
- ⁠Rent must start immediately and minimum stay 6 months. 
- **Location**: 300m from Leyweg Shopping Mall, Den Haag, s’Gravenhage.
