Hello dear tenant!
A room in a share three floors house is being rented out on a sublet basis for a period of two months, starting jun 20th(dates are negotiable).
The room is located on the first floor, where you can also find a kitchen and a restroom. 
The second floor is occupied by other tenants.
The third floor has a shared space with kitchen and a bathroom. 
On the photos, you can see the room, every piece of furniture will stay the same except for the clothing and personal belongings, those I will remove. 
On the video, you can see the third floor shared space and the bathroom. It is an older video, at this moment there is also the furniture and kitchen appliances.
The deposit of 700 euros as well as 700 euros for the first month of living is required upon signing the contract. Registration is not possible.
