About the place

Hello! Subletting my room for summer (until 30th of September), in the area of Zeeheldenkwartier, den Haag! It is a fully furnished room with a balcony and it includes a double bed, a TV and a fridge.

Trams 3, 11 and 17 all have stops nearby and it is located on a very quiet street with several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby! The full monthly rent is 890 incl., but I am very much willing to negotiate further, as I fully understand the struggle so please do not hesitate to text me about that!

The apartment is shared with 3 easy-going and welcoming flatmates, who study and work in The Hague! Please note that the bathroom is only shared with one of them, as there are two bathrooms in the house! The owner is fully informed about this so there will be no problems or disruptions during your stay!
