This 100-sqm apartment has specious living/dining room with Smart-tv (Netflix), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, separated toilet/bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, storage room and a nice balcony. It is very bright appartement with double-glazed windows. 

Location is Laakkwartier.

·        On 8 min walk distance you can find The Hague University of applied science/ Station Den Hague HS
·         Shops, grocery stores and restaurants are on walking distance
·         Center of Den Hague can be reached in 10 min by tram or by bike
·         Public transport: Trams 1, 16 en 17

I am a student at Leiden University. Besides attending lectures and studying, I like to go to gym and grab a beer with friends. I am looking for someone who is social. I like to have dinner together from time to time. But I also like to respect each other's personal space.
