The room is on the top floor (so no upstairs neighbors) and comes with a workspace, a corner sofa, and a double bed. On this floor, there’s also a lovely balcony and a large, luxurious bathroom plus a separate toilet, shared with only one other resident (out of a total of 7, who share 3 floors and 205 m² together).
