Hi! Our cozy little house is looking for a new tenant 🙂

We are an international household comprising of 4 girls, all working full-time, aged 24-30. Some of us work from home and require the house to be quiet during work hours. During the weekdays we value sleep and a chill vibe in the house, after a long day of work, we need to recharge. We are always open for a chat but respect each other’s boundaries and personal space. We are tidy and keep our house clean, having a strict weekly schedule. 

About the room:
• Registration is possible
• *€639 per month* incl utilities (& a cleaner every 2 weeks) but excl water & municipality taxes (around €19/mo). The deposit is 1 month
• Comes with furniture (bed, desk, cupboard, chair, curtain)
• Located in Valkenboskwartier. It’s a quiet and chill neighbourhood, 20 minutes by bike to Den Haag Centraal, 7 mins walk to tram stop & AH
• The house has 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, a small but fully equipped kitchen, no living room but we have a backyard that we enjoy during the warmer months. We have a washing machine, no dryer & dishwasher.

The property owner and tenants have hard requirements for the following: 
• Female age 25+, a full-time worker who is clean & tidy, respectful of other tenants space, and easygoing.
• Non-smoker, no pets or musical instruments
