About the place

This student room not only offers a view of a city canal and the skyline, but is also just a 1-minute walk from Zuiderpark and strategically located in relation to all universities in The Hague, Delft, and Leiden. The city center is just a 15-minute bike ride away.

The house has two floors and also two bathrooms, allowing everyone to shower whenever it suits them. There is a large communal kitchen and a shared balcony where everyone comes together, often to play games and socialize.

The atmosphere in the house is open-minded: everyone is welcome regardless of race or sexual orientation. All housemates contribute to keeping the house tidy and clean.
