About the place

The Room: 
The room is available foor the maximum duration of 1 year. Extension is therefore not possible. 

Smokers/vapers not welcome.

Spacious room with a shared bathroom, kitchen and toilet.  
The parts that are rented are recently renovated and isolated. The room is furnished and the kitchen is fully equiped. All you need to move is your personal stuff.
 

Roommate: 
The backroom in the appartment is rented to a man alone with a small dog (bordercollie). Very friendly guy. 
Other rooms in the appartment are in use by the owner/landlord.  
Fast internet on the premisses.

Surroundings:
Het Zuiderpark is just five minutes walking. Station Moerwijk, HS and CS are easy to reach by bike, bus or tram. Shopping centers (2 centers) within walking distance. The beach is ca. 15 minutes away by bike.
