About the place

Hi everyone,

We are a queer-friendly student house looking for a new housemate. We enjoy spending time together, having a drink now and then, cooking together, occasionally smoking a cigarette on the balcony or having a chat in the kitchen—but there are no mandatory dinners or house nights.

You’ll be living with 6 others. About half of us speak Dutch and the other half don’t, so the main language in the house is usually English.

You’ll share a bathroom (with a bathtub) with 2 housemates, and the kitchen with everyone. The kitchen is spacious and has a cozy seating area. It also includes 2 ovens, a microwave/oven combo, 2 fridges, and various kitchen appliances that you’re welcome to use.

The rent includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. Furniture is also included in the rental price—you’ll have a bed, desk, chair, and space to hang your clothes. A big plus: a cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the shared areas.  
Registration is possible.

The location is ideal—there’s a bus stop nearby with connections to Station HS and The Hague University of Applied Sciences. The tram to the city center takes 12 minutes, and it’s a 15-minute bike ride to get there. The beach is also just 15 minutes away by bike.  
Zuiderpark is right around the corner!  
Shops like Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Lidl, Etos, and Gall & Gall are all within a 5-minute walking distance.
