***only respond if you can start may 1st*** This room is located at the front of an apartment, located on the 1st floor of a porch on the Soestdijksekade, less then 100 meters from the famous 'Zuiderpark', a large natural park within the city, and close to the city center as well. The room is limited in size, but we managed to make it really effective. For example, it has a bed that is basically a double bed, but can be retracted to become a single bed and create extra space. The tenant has his or her own large wardrobe and under the bed are two large drawers, so there is plenty of storage space! The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove and combi oven. The apartment is shared with up to 3 others. Internet is included, the contracts for utilities are provided by the residents themselves.
