About the place

Hey everyone,

We are a queer student house close to Zuiderpark. We are looking for a new roomie from the end of February onwards. We would prefer to have a man, because at the moment we just have one other man in the house. 
 You will be living with 6 other roomies. We are looking for a roomie that likes to have a drink occasionally or a fun talk in the kitchen. Not only that, but we also like to have dinner or play a game together when it suits everyone's busy schedule. 

The practical information:
- You share the kitchen with everyone 
- the bathroom with 3 others 
- the room is already furnished with a bed, closet, desk and chair. (this is part of the rent)
- also part of the rent is a cleaning service for the common areas twice a month.

About the neighborhood: 
The house is located in the neighborhood Leyenburg.  On a 5 minutes walking distance you will find a couple of stores like:Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Gall & Gall en Etos. 
There is a direct tramline to the center (10 minutes) 
Also, there is a direct bus that goes to train station Den Haag HS / The Hague University of Applied Science. 
In general, it is a peace and quiet neighborhood. During the summer there are a lot of events in Zuiderpark which is only a 5 minutes walk!
