About the place

This strategically located and fully furnished XL student room is situated on the quiet side of the Soestdijksekade, near the Zuiderpark. In the house with a maximum of 5 other students, there are two bathrooms available, so everyone can shower whenever it suits him or her. There is also a large kitchen and a balcony for general use, where everyone meets and where games are played. The atmosphere in the house is open-minded: everyone is welcome regardless of race or sexual preference/identity. Everyone makes his or her contribution to keep the house neat and clean.
