Per June 2, 2025 we have 1 large room available in our 2 years ago renovated GROUND floor ‘furnished’ apartment in the cosy and popular Laak area. The room has a free view toward the soccer fields

The apartment has a front and back garden and is situated close to Holland Spoor train station. 

Included is:

- Wifi internet
- gas/water/electricity all inclusive
- Washer and dryer machine
- Dishwasher
- Pots/pans, cutlery, coffee machine, plates, glasses, etc.

The house is provided with everything you need for comfortable living.

The room is €610,- all inclusive per month and we are looking for an international female student or young professional. 

There is a lot of interest in this room and we only respond to complete requests with the desired information; Introduction of yourself with hobbies, age, smoking yes/no, type of work/study, how long you want to stay and whether you can rent the room from June 2.
