About the place

Hi everyone,
My name is Chris (31) and I’m renting out a room in my house. Since I’m often away for work, I like the idea of someone living in the house while I’m gone.
The room I’m offering comes with a private balcony. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared.
I’m looking for a calm and tidy person. Occasionally doing something social together on a Friday evening or during the weekend is nice, but definitely not a must.
The room is ideal for an (exchange) student, young professional, or expat.
You’ll get a rental contract for 3 months, and if it works out for both of us, we can extend it for another 3 months.
