 In Loosduinen, a furnished single room is available for a short term (approximately 3 months) in an LGBT‑friendly household. Available for a tidy, well‑presented person. 

The apartment was extensively renovated in 2023 and features 2 balconies, a new kitchen and bathroom, and a separate toilet, (the TV/lounge area in the living room is not for shared use, the dining table is).

The total price of the room, including a contribution for the use of the furniture in the room, cutlery, cooking utensils, an advance payment for electricity/water, plus a contribution for reasonable use of toilet paper, kitchen roll, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher tablets, olive oil, herbs and spices, is €875. I kindly ask that the monthly payment be made in cash (a receipt will be provided after payment).
