About the place

Hello roomseakers, 
I am looking for a roommate in an apartment near the city center of The Hague. The room is available for rent from May 1st for 1 year with registration. Only girls can apply. The room is about 2x4 meters. 525€ per month including utilities. We are looking for a quiet, clean girl who does not smoke and does not play a musical instrument. Four of us live together, the apartment has a large living room, a kitchen, 2 toilets and a bathroom.
