About the place

I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Mariahoeve, The Hague, starting November 1, 2025. It's a two-person apartment on the fourth floor of a porch. The apartment is fairly new and modern (see photos) and includes a hallway, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, plus a storage room on the ground floor. The apartment is within walking distance of a gym and a shopping center. Public transport, including a tram and two bus lines, is also within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is located between Mariahoeve Station and The Hague Central Station. Several parking spaces are also available at the front and back of the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the bedroom, which is currently being rented out. There are two balconies, one off the kitchen and the other off the rented bedroom.
