About the place

I'm renting a recently renovated room in my apartment with a small double-size bed (120x190), foldable desk, own heater, triple glasses and lots of storage room close to the beach, the dunes and the harbour.
The room has access to the shared sunny balcony with table and chairs, high speed wi-fi, 50 inch tv with streaming apps available.
Tram and bus stop 200 meters away and a big supermarket nearby. 
You will share the apartment with me, my daughter and sometimes my cat, when he's not outside!
I'm a SuperHost on a popular rental app and I have been sharing the apartment for quite awhile so I am used to guests and leave a lot of privacy.
The rental fee includes everything and more:
-w/g/e and high speed internet
- Consumer items like toilet paper, house detergents 
- Cleaning of the house except for the room
- Bathroom towels, sheets, blanket

!Please note! the room is rented for short stay only and available on the dates below:

- From November 15th 2024 until 31 December 2024
- From February 1st until 31 March 2024

I don't answer to requests that are outside of this timeframe and from male guests.
