About the place

Hello everyone! :) My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over my room from mid-July to mid-January MAX (no extension ) We are currently 2nd year Leiden University students (19 and 22), and we are looking for tidy girl around that age range ✨

About the apartment (shared with one person):
* Conveniently located: 8 minutes walking to Leiden University’s Wijnhaven campus and to HS, 10-15 minutes walking to city centre, 5 minutes away from Bierkade
* Well-connected: two tram stops located less than 5 minutes away
* Spacious and light bedroom with a nice view (18m2), equipped, in a 2-bedroom apartment 
* Equipped and shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, toilet and small terrace 
* Bike parking areas nearby 

The rent is around 805 euros/month, and the utilities are around 100 euros per month. 
All the money would need to be transferred to my bank account for rent (I have both a French and Dutch bank account) every month BEFORE the 1st of the month. DM me if you are interested!
