About the place

Hi there! 

My name is Erdem, currently Master's student in Delft and Leiden, and I'm looking for a new roommate!

The apartment is located in the center of The Hague (10 mins walk from both Centraal and HS), at one of the most beautiful canals of the city!

You will be having a private bathroom and share a spacious living room and fully-equipped kitchen with me. The bedroom is looking at the peaceful and quiet backyard.

The rental period starts July 1 with a min. of six months (up to a year) with the possibility of extension. The rent is 1295,50€ including utilities. 

Viewings are possible from June 7 on. I would like to make a final decision latest Wednesday the 18th.

I'm looking for a person who is friendly, likes to hang out once or twice a week, and who can keep the place tidy :)
