Hi everyone! 
Me and my boyfriend are freeing our room in Statenkwartier from 2nd November 2025 and we are looking for someone to rent it! 

💫 The room is suitable for a single person or a couple and the house is shared with 2 more roommates. The room is 25 sq.m., it has two built-in wardrobes and it can fit two people's stuff perfectly (as you can see from the pictures :) ). The rent of the room is around 700 euros per month including everything, it is unfurnished, very bright with high windows and ceilings.

🏠 The house has two floors with a big living room, kitchen with a balcony, storage room and toilet on the first floor and three bedrooms, toilet and shower on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances like oven, fridge, freezer and it also has a dishwasher. The living room has a dining table with chairs, two sofas and a tv and some built-in storage spaces in the wall.

📍Statenkwartier is one of the best and safest neighbourhoods. The location has amazing public transport connection. It is 15 min biking from the city centre, 7 min walk from tram 1 and 11, 2 min walk from bus 21, 5 min from tram 17 and bus 28. The house is in a great location a walking distance from the beach, 2 min away from Frederik Hendriklaan - a great shopping street with Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Etos and many more stores and restaurants.
