A spacious and bright room in a cozy student house, fully renovated in 2025, located close to the city center. The property, built in 1906, is situated in an authentic, lively street. Despite the vibrant surroundings and shops around the corner, the room itself is wonderfully quiet thanks to excellent insulation.

The house accommodates a total of seven residents who share two kitchens, two bathrooms, a living room, and a large balcony. The common areas are professionally cleaned every two weeks. All current housemates are students between the ages of 18 and 25. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background, skin color, or sexual orientation.
