About the place

Fully renovated in 2025! A spacious and bright room in a friendly student house, shared with an Italian student and located close to the city center. The building, dating back to 1906, is situated in an authentic and lively street. Despite the vibrant surroundings and plenty of shops nearby, the house itself is very quiet thanks to excellent insulation.

The house accommodates seven students in total, sharing two kitchens, two bathrooms, a living room, and a large balcony. The common areas are professionally cleaned every two weeks. All residents are students aged between 18 and 25. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background, skin color, or sexual orientation.
