About the place

My roommate wants to end her contract so we need someone to take over, our contract started in august 2024 and ends in July 2025, so I'm looking for a female rommate who can take over the contract for the 5 months starting March. This room is available only for first-yeary international student (this is required as per rules of SMG Housing, the agency for this house), although if yare an international student and is intrested in this appartment and would like to take over for the whole duration, you can still drop me a message and I will see if that is okay for the landlord. I'm a first year master's student at TUDelft, I'm Indian. As for the house rules me and my current roomate keep the house clean and smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, these would be the rules that apply to the prospective roomate as well. There is a 1000 euro deposit, which you will get back at the end of contract after 25 July.
