About the place

Hello!

We are a mixed house with 3 girls and 2 boys. One of the girls is leaving, so we are looking for a new roommate. We are all between 21 and 26 and would like someone between that age as well. Also it is mandatory that you are a student in order to move into the house, this is not our rule but the landlord's.

The room is 25m2 with its own sink. Everything else is shared in the house, toilets, shower, kitchen. Our house is a 5-minute walk from Hollands Spoor, THUAS and the city centre. The room is available from December 24 and you get your own house number which may entitle you to rent allowance. The room will be delivered empty, but you may take over some of the furniture of our current roommate for a small price.
