About the place

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our beautiful home in The Hague from 1 October 2026. Our house is super close to the centre of The Hague, lots of beautiful cafes/bakeries/shops, and with tram stops within 300m.

We’re looking for someone to join the next one-year Lease (from 1 October 2026-30 September 2027), and registration is possible.

You’ll be living with two housemates (one female, 28/one male, 31) from Australia and Canada who are both lawyers living in The Hague after finishing our Masters. We’re both pretty social and easygoing housemates who enjoy a house dinner/drinks sometimes, but also respectful of each other’s space and time. Ideally, we’d love someone tidy, respectful, sociable and of a similar age group.

We live in a beautiful three level house:
- Ground floor: one bedroom, laundry and toilet
- First floor: lounge room, dining room, kitchen and patio
- Second floor:  available bedroom, small spare room we use for guests/activities, one bedroom and the bathroom

The room is €680 per month and we also pay for internet, water, internet, council waste, etc when the landlord bills us every few months. The security deposit is €766.67 (which is one-third of the total security deposit). 

The attached photos show the room available (with our current housemates’ items which will be removed) - the room is furnished with the furniture seen therein - and the shared spaces.
