About the place

I am looking for a female roommate, preferably an international student, to share my studio with from the beginning of November 2026, as my current roommate is moving out.

The studio has its own kitchen, dining/living area and bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The living space is divided into two separate areas by a partition wall, giving us both our own private space (see the floor plan and video).

The studio is located in a modern apartment complex specifically designed for students. The building has its own bicycle storage, study area and rooftop lounge.

The photos show my current roommate's side of the studio, but they give you an idea of the space and layout. To get a better impression of the entire studio and how it is divided, please have a look at the video.

Registration at the address is required, and we will share the annual municipal taxes, which are paid at the beginning of the year and recalculated annually.
