About the place

Hi, 
I am renting a room in a 70m2 shared apartment. You would share with only 1 woman. 
The room is 10 m2 approx; it comes with a 140-bed (mattress and sheets) and a spacious closet.
Registration possible for a minimum stay of 6 months.
The apartment includes a spacious kitchen-living area, a shared bathroom and toilet, a shared balcony, a washing machine, and other amenities.
Smoking, drugs, and parties are not allowed.
You would be asked to join a weekly schedule for cleaning the common areas. 
Ideally, you are a tidy, clean person who works or studies outside the house. 
I am a professional worker, female, 37. I speak English, Spanish, and Dutch.
