The room is fully furnished and has big windows with good views on the main street. The room comes with private toilet and shower and the kitchen is shared with one person. The house has a nice overall atmosphere. 

Located at a busy street with many shops, the big market and tram stops are all nearby. Two tram stops away from down town or 10 minutes on foot.
Also not far from both Central station and Hollands Spoor.

Please note: a laundry machine is not allowed in the building
