- Location: Westeinde, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Closest tram stop is HMC Westeinde.
- Rent: €750/month (including utilities).
- Deposit: €1000 
- Availability: From 9 February. The initial contract is for 6 months with a good chance for extension if everything works well.
