About the place

In Segbroek, The Hague (rental period: Sep to February 2026). Registration possible.
I'm renting out a semi-furnished room in a three-bedroom apartment. The room is about 16 m² and has a shared bathroom, which is shared only between two of the tenants. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and a nice balcony, and it's located right next to a park. 10-minute bike ride to the city centre. You would live with one female student (23) and a working male (29).
Rent is 735€ per month, and utilities are usually around €80.
We would like to ask the new tenant to take over some furniture (see p. 4 and 5). This includes a wardrobe and a bed (with or without a mattress). Price 400€ or 200€ without a mattress.
