About the place

There is a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the house. The house is in a peaceful area with a beautiful pond and trees before the house.

You will have your own private room of about 12 m², which also can be locked.

Room is equipped with a bed, desk, office chair and a wardrobe, all brandnew!

Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, airfryer, microwave, dishwasher. Crockery is widely available. pans cutlery, you name it. There is also a washing machine, and a drying rack and iron. 
 
Bathroom with walk-in shower. There are 2 toilets, upstairs and downstairs.

In the vicinity you will find bus and tram 3 min walk and a passage with supermarket, chemist, hema, etc. at 4 min walk.
 
Free parking in front of the door.

Registration is possible, min. contract is 6 months
