About the place

You are cordially invited to come and visit this add and the rooms!
2 separated light rooms in a tidy house with 2 more girls. The small room is 7m2 and you can use it as bedroom or study. The other room is the large room and has the tv connection and such.

We share a bathroom and kitchen in this tidy house, and we are looking for a nice and neat girl to share with. 

The rent is includig wifi internet, washing machine and your room is furnished. (bed, closet, desk, drawers)

The deposit is 1 month.
Locationwise, we are inbetween the beach and the city center. so it it both about 10 minutes. The tram 2 is around the corner, and a street further are tram 6,  4 and 12. The supermarket  and the shopping street weimarstraat are on 2 minutes walk from the house.

Short term let is also no problem. Also, if you come from abroad and need a ride from the station with your luggage, that's no problem. If you need to know how far the house is from your work or public transport, we are happy to help you figure it out.

Hope you have a nice day, and If you decide to come here, and you need it furnished. It will just be a turn key thing for you, you will just be able to sleep here worry free with sheets, towels and plates and cutlery all taken care off. I can give you a skype tour of the place before as well if you like! (if the girls are home you might be able to meet them too (-;)
