About the place

Starting November 1st, 2024, a room for one person is available in my shared apartment. The room is temporarily available for three months (until January 31, 2025). The apartment is fully furnished, and the all-inclusive rent is €912 per month, covering gas, water, electricity, internet, and tax. 

Apartment
The apartment (95m²) is located on the top floor in the center of The Hague. It's a five-minute walk from the central station. The place is light, spacious, and fully furnished. There's a nice, secluded roof terrace with lots of sunshine!

Available room
The available room (16m²) is suitable for one person. The room is comfortable and fully furnished. It has two windows that open to the street (it can be lively on weekends).

Flatmate
You'd share the apartment with one flatmate, me! My name is Floris. I live an active, sober, and healthy lifestyle. I love spending time in nature—running, hiking, or relaxing in the park doing acroyoga. In winter, I enjoy swimming in the sea before hitting the sauna. At home, I create a calm atmosphere, listening to music, cooking, cleaning, reading, and occasionally chilling with friends. I'm focused on personal development and have an interest in psychosomatic practices like yoga, meditation, massage, and breathwork. I enjoy connecting through dance, movement, sharing meals, and spending time in nature.
